For our Merchandise Planning course (FM206), we created a comprehensive $10M seasonal sales plan using Excel, forecasting sales, units, and AUR across key categories. We identified key items, analyzed trends and competitors, and built a visual assortment that aligned with the brand’s positioning. ZARA SS26
We tackled this project by researching the brand’s latest moves, studying its competitors, and breaking down its financial and retail strategy. Then we identified its core customer and built a bold SS26 concept with a trend-driven color story. We also traced the full supply chain of selected products to show how each item is made from start to finish. Finally, we pulled everything together into a clean, visual presentation that captured the brand’s direction and our proposed strategy.
